April 10, 2017, age 100. Devoted wife of the late John B. Loving sister of Elizabeth Katona, Valentino (late Flo), John (Peg), James (Selena) and Paul (Carolyn) and the late Pasquale (Barbara) Katona, Theresa Boehmke (late Bill), Pauline Forte (late Gene), Kathryn Furmanchin (late Joseph), Anna Katona, Mary Repici (late Philip), Rosemarie Savini, Frank (late Verna), Anthony (Patricia), and Stephen (Mary) Katona. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing and Funeral Monday, 9 to 10:15 A.M., Resurrection of Our Lord Church, 2000 Shelmire Ave., followed by Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. Int. Resurrection Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations to Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters, Convent of Divine Love, 2212 Green St., Phila. PA 19130-3197, would be appreciated. Arr. by

Aunt Jo, There isn't a day that goes by that I don't thank God and my parents for having chosen you as my Godmother! You were my second Mother, you were always there for love, support and guidance. You were a wonderful role model as a Daughter, Daughter- in-law, an Aunt, Godmother, Sister, Sister-in-law, Cousin, and Friend. I cherish every memory we shared and with Uncle Jack! I had the best Godparents! Forever in my heart!♥

Though you never had any children of your own,you became everyone's second mother in a way !!You were such a giving person ,with a heart of gold! !!!You were so headstrong and followed your heart,You never forgot anyone birthday;just sending cards in our family probably cost you a small fortune. YOU WERE SO LOVED BY ALL AND WILL BE MISSED SO VERY MUCH!!!I find comfort in knowing you will be with Uncle Jack and all Your sisters and brothers and GG and grandpa! !!!!Thank you for staying with us so long,and I will cherish all my memories of you Forever!!!!!xoxoPAULA
