JULIA HASSON Obituary
JULIA E. (nee Grandy), on August 25, 2009, age 54 years, of Ardsley. Wife of Peter C.; mother of Justin Quinn (Tabitha). Survived by 3 grandchildren. Daughter of Andrew Grandy and the late Kathryn (nee Wilmunder) Grandy. Sister of Carol Sick, Claire Dean, Elaine Spiro, Michael Grandy and Andrew Grandy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Devoted friend of Gail Fulforth. Funeral Mass Monday, 11 A.M., Holy Martyrs Church, 120 Allsion Rd. (at Ulmer Ave.), Oreland. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation at the Church Sunday, 6 to 9 P.M., and Monday, after 9:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to Rena Rowan Breast Center, 3535 Market St., Suite 750, Phila. PA 19104, would be appreciated.

I am so sorry for your loss but I have only the happiest of memories and TONS of great laughs with Jules. She was a special person who had God's greatest gift . . . the ability to laugh at herself. The two of you took on this battle with grace and a sense of humor. I haven't seen her in the past few months so my memory of her is as a truly beautiful girl with the most beautiful eyes - She adored you and you were so lucky to have her for as long as you did.

We only had the pleasure and privilege of knowing Jules for a few years, but we are certainly better for the experience. We will always remember our trip to Boston, especially the Duck Tour.
