March 4, 2018. Wife of Seth Baer. Mother of Sophie Baer and Madeline Baer. Daughter of Charlotte and the late Martin Gold. Sister of Debbie (Richard) Perlman and Lisa Debaun. Aunt of Andrew (Tova), Daniel, Alex, Liz, Adrienne, Ross, Darby and Dylan. Great Aunt of Levi. Relatives and friends are invited TUESDAY, beginning 11:15 A.M. to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS, INC. 2001 Berlin Road, Cherry Hill, NJ where Services will begin promptly at 12:00 noon. Int. Crescent Mem. Park. Shiva will be observed at the late residence. Contributions can be made to Hadassah www.hadassah.org or Lupus Foundation of America, www.lupus.org.

Meeting your daughter has been one of the best things to ever happen to me. I´ve never met you but I feel your love and kindness through her. I wish I could´ve met you. I love your daughter with all my heart, the way she talks about you makes it feel like you´re in the room with us. I hope you´re resting easy. I hope to meet you some day.

Seth, I know this is truly a sad time for you. It's been a lot of years since my last meeting with both Karen and you. Yesterday, I was called informing me of her passing; it reminded me of my memories of knowing her. Karen was a really good person. She was definitely a Mensch. I remember her soft spoken voice, her endless smiles, and her positive outlook for life and never, as I recall, talking badly of others. Seth, you were very fortunate to have her as your best friend.

Karen, I will miss you dearly. You touched my heart and welcomed me in with always the kindest of words. I am beyond words, and can't imagine the deep sorrow of those even closer than I... There must be a very special place for you in heaven, because we sure weren't done with you here. I will think of you always...because you have left a huge impact on me, the community and everyone you touched. Wishing your loved ones so much strength!

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Karen. I loved all my times with her, both as pharmacists together at Pennsylvania Hospital ages ago, then together with Raquela Hadassah in our more recent years. My condolences to all her family and loved ones. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was the Best pharmacist and one of the most compassionate people I knew. My heart goes out to All Of her family at this time. She was so proud of you girls and always had kind words for you Seth.
