KAREN BOGART, JUNE 25, 2007 of Haverford, PA. Beloved daughter of Harold L. and Mary M. Yoh. Loving sister of Hal, Mike, Jeff and Bill. Also survived by 4 sisters-in-law and 14 nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service Thurs. June 28, 11 A.M. at Church of the Redeemer, Pennswood and New Gulph Rds., Bryn Mawr, PA. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friends School Haverford, c/o Development Office, 651 Buck Ln., Haverford, PA 19041 or to Duke University Library, c/o Robert Shepard, Duke University, 225 Allen Bldg., P.O. Please accept my deepest sympathies at the loss of Karen. As Wendy Elmo said so eloquently at the service, Karen had many wonderful qualities of which she seemed unaware. Her enthusiasm, desire and ability to be there for others, her generosity, and her fun-loving approach to new situations are just a few that stand out in my mind. She had a talent for bringing together people from various environments and creating tight knit groups. She introduced me to many people who have remained close friends and I will forever be indebted to her for that. I will hold in my heart the many memories of the special times we shared.

Dear Yoh family,
Words can not come close to expressing the sadness we Brown girls feel at this time. Karen was always thoughtful, kind and most importantly a good friend to all who knew her. My memories of dads years spent at D&Z have always been wonderful ones as I know they were for him. This is due to the special people all of the Yoh's were to us, and Karen was a shining example of that. I remember being so touched and surprised to see Karen at dads viewing, but I shouldn't have been as that was just her way to represent your family so graciously.

Karen was one of the first people I met at the Reef and always greeted me with a big smile and hug. She became a friend over the years, traveling with us to Chicago for a special night at Charlie Trotters. I always looked forward to seeing her. I am so sorry to hear the tragic news. I am very distraught over Karen's passing. She was honestly a very good friend, that I will miss very much. The best part of my relationship with Karen was that we always had a good time being together and enjoying life. She really did love driving in her convertable and listening to the music and having the sunshine on her. To a very good friend that I will miss very much.
