To Mrs. Conway, Kevin, Brian, Caitlin and Kyle, my thoughts & prayers are with you everyday. We go back very long ways at DLS, probably 2 of the original families of our DLS group. I just want to say how much I love you all & I am 5 minutes away for anything you need. This poem brought me peace when I lost a loved one, I hope it can do the same for you.

"If tears could build a stairway & memories a lane,
I would walk right up to Heaven & bring you back again.

No farewell words were spoken
No time to say "Goodbye"
You were gone before I knew it & only God knows why

My heart still aches with sadness
& secret tears still flow
What it meant to love you-
No one can ever know
But now I know you want me to
mourne for you no more
To remember all the happy times
life still has much in store

Since you'll never be forgotten
I pledge to you today-
a hollowed place within my heart
is where you'll always stay"

I loved Mr. Conway for being the kindest person, always asking how I am and giving me awesome advice in life and always calling me "Mo." Only special people call me by my nickname!

I love you all!

Paul Kelly

May 30, 2008

To the Family Conway,

I, and My entire family have the deepest sympathy and compassion for this unfathomably unexpected loss of Kevin Sr. as I can only guess were all the rest of your C -Clan (especially MRS. C). You all, and Kevin Sr. specifically, were always kind, and welcoming to me when we interacted personally at the house or just over the tele.

I am blessed to not only see Kevin Jr. as a "Top-Shelf" friend, but also as a pseudo-Little-Brother. My life has paralleled his in so many different ways, and i think that this has been the spark to draw us as close as we are as friends. Only, a "higher-power" or "the Big GUY Up-there", could do this. Expressing gratitude is truly an understatement for having the Conway's in my life. Only "the Big Guy" makes things like our relationship occur, again I am deeply grateful. I know that Kevin had over the past year had his (like mine) relationship with his dearly departed Father improve to a place Kevin was so incredibly proud of, and man, i'm so, so, sorry this was God's plan.

I and My Kelly Clan all are terribly sorry for your all of your personal losses, and diligently remind anyone in the family, that I and the Kelly Clan, are a phone call, and 5mi away FOR ANYTHING,...ANYTIME.
--- 610.565.6539---24/7 & 365 & terminally, wherever life takes you and yours, and us.

We Kelly's love Kevin Jr. tremendously, and for the time i got to spend with Kevin Sr., I'm heart-brokenly grateful.

Godspeed Mr C. You will never be forgotten, loved by many, and finally at peace.

However, I have been in the industry for over 35 years and for the times I did deal with Kevin I have never worked with a more dedicated, kind, concerned, and helpful financial officer. He had tremendous integrity and will be greatly missed at Heraeus. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss.

May 30, 2008

Our sorrow is great for such a wonderful family. We live next door to the Conways. I read all these entries and I see the word "integrity" mentioned a lot and "humor". You all are so right. We have been so blessed having Kevin and family next door. Kevin takes the time to talk to those who visit our house too. I can hear his laugh. I see his smile. He was genuine. It is nice to see all the kind words from around the world about Kevin. We will do our best to help our neighbors through this very rough time. Take care of yourselves also. Thanks Kevin for reminding us that kindness and love of family and friends is a gift to be treasured.

I only had the pleasure of working in Kevin's company for 6 years at Heraeus. During that time, I was moved by his dedication to both of his families: his wife and children, and his "family" at work. Kevin was a wonderful individual on both work and personal levels. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him, and remembered fondly to all of those who have not.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Conway family, and with all Heraeus employees past and present who knew him. May God bless and keep all of you in this time of great sadness and grief.
