LEOPOLD, May 19, 2013. A retired opera singer, a leading baritone in Israel and throughout Europe. Father of Alex W. Saltzman. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Wednesday 12 Noon precisely at Mt. Sharon Cem. (Section N), Springfield, PA. Contributions may be made to the Jewish War Veterans.

The Good Lord broke the mold when he made my uncle Lee. I will cherish forever all the great times we had together; especially at the "Victor Cafe". Rest in Peace uncle Lee. You are now with family and friends. Give Zayda, Bubba, brother Joseph and my mom a hug and a kiss for me.

Leo was a remarkable man and great singer. He loved the great operatic voices of the past and couldn't abide mediocrity in the great Art of singing.

we were neighbors on 7th street. my mother would buy soft goods from his father.we had the dairy store a few doors away on the corner of winton st.i remember when his father was killed.
