I met Lou as an auditor with the School District of Philadelphia. We worked together on many engagements. My wife and daughter were finishing at Penn State so I was alone in Philly. Lou invited me to dinner with his beautiful family and that memory is with me 45 years later. Lou was a soft spoken gentleman with a kindness that spoke volumes. I enjoyed his humor and his subtle smile. I am sorry to learn of his death but I am certain he has left a positive mark on all those who had an opportunity to know him.
