To all of Lou's children & sister Lenore and all his loved ones...It is so difficult to lose someone so precious and although there are really no words of true comfort for the heart, try to take comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering and is with the others we all love and miss so much. He was my dad's dearest friend and brother. We all loved him more than words can explain. He had the biggest heart, shining personality & a smile that was unmeasurable. I know he is with my mom and our other loved ones as our guardian angels. I will never forget you and will see you again someday. With heartfelt sadness, Barbara Ann Fiorella

Hello, I am unable to make the funeral today, but I wanted to send my sincere sorrow for your loss. I am one of Louis's younger cousins on his dad's side. I have very fond memories of Louis as a very warm and sincere man. He was always kind and went out of his way to ask how I was doing. I will always remember him as a fine example of a great human being. My sincere condolences. Andrea Lanza

To Lou Lanza's children, Carl, Susan,Mary Beth,Louis Jr. & his dearest sister Lenora & the rest of the family. There are no words to say how devasted I am to hear about my friend my partner & only true brother I ever had. We grew up as brothers,we played , partied & work together as brothers. We confided to each other mostly about our family & our friends. We even met our wives together. Now that most of them are gone & I hope that they are all happy together without pain & suffering. With a very heavy & broker heart I send you all my love, Especially to you Lou up in heaven for it is truly where you belong for being you & for being loved by everyone who crossed your path. I love & will miss you the rest of my life. One day I know we will all be together again. Your true brother JR.

OUR HEARTS ARE BROKEN. SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO HIS DEAR FAMILY AND ARMY OF FRIENDS. LOU WAS THE BEST FRIEND ANYONE COULD POSSIBLY HAVE. HE ALWAYS THOUGHT OF OTHERS BEFORE HIMSELF. HE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE TOGETHERNESS, OVER THE YEARS, OF THE MEN AND LADIES OF CLUB MONARCH WHOM HE LOVED WITHOUT CONDITION. HE SHALL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED MOST FONDLY AND FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS. TO SAY THAT HE WILL BE MISSED WOULD BE THE UNDERSTATEMENT OF THIS CENTURY.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Lou was one of the biggest men I ever had the honor to know and his kindness was exceeded only by his heart and goodness to others. He was a wonderful friend to my parents for many years. Lou was truly "one of a kind" and will be missed by many.

We want to express our deepest sympathy to all the family for your loss. Our hearts sank at the news of his passing. I can truly say i have never met another man like him other than my own dad. Cousin Louie and J.R. remodeled my whole house in 1 week, in Florida. I told my new wife about this amazing man. I described him as walking love! He treated my boys and me like royalty whenever we visited! our prayers are with you as they were with him each night! We love all of you! Steve sr. and Shari Iovino

To Lou's most beloved family; you were his most valued treasures! He will be so very, very missed! Without a doubt he was a true friend to our entire family as well as to many others. There was never a time that he hesitated to make an appearance when mom and dad were up from W.Va. and he faithfully called every week for years to check on everyone. He will be remembered by so many for the selfless acts that he did for others and never wanted anything in return. He had a heart as big as the sky and to know him was certainly to love him. I know how comforting it was for him to have his family rally around him in his health and his sickness. I will never make Onion soup that I won't think of Lou. It was an honor and a privilege to know Lou. I am so truly sorry for your loss, but I know God was waiting there to greet him with open arms and I'm sure that my dad was also.
