MARILYN (nee Heller)
On Jan. 14, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Bertram. Devoted mother of Fred Wittenstein (Laurie Levin), Mark Wittenstein (Robin), and Robert Wittenstein (Lisa Berlin). Loving grand-mother of Jason, Beth, Naomi, Leah, and Samantha.
Dedicated schoolteacher for over 25 years, 1996 Rose Lindenbaum teacher of the year, Philadelphia public schools. Active member of Hadassah and REAP. Avid bridge player, balcony gardener, needlepointer, and moviegoer.
Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services Thursday, 11:15 A.M. precisely,
GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Int. Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed Friday, 12 to 4 P.M., at 278 Carson Terrace, Suite 468, Huntingdon Valley, 19006 Contributions in her memory may be made to the Henrietta Szold Chapter of Hadassah: http://www.hadassah.org/regions/greater-philadelphia/groups/henrietta-szold.html

omg. just finding out. I emailed a couple times. no response. I should have known something was wrong. she always was so wonderful in keeping in touch and with how she treated people; how she always thought of others. I cannot believe the healthy, active, vibrant person I knew is gone. I regret not being better in touch. I miss her. I have tears in my eyes.
