MARTIN ROTELLA Obituary
MARTIN "MARTY", March 19, 2010 age 84 of Roxborough, long time friend of Madeline Gaughan, son of the late Raffael and Dominick, brother of the late Dominick, Ann Rotella and Mary Stagliano. Relatives and friends are invited to Viewing Wed., from 9:30, St. John the Baptist Church, 119 Rector St., Phila., PA 19127 followed by Funeral Mass at 11 A.M. Interment Westminster Cemetery. In lieu flowers, donations in his memory to the above Church.

My last contact with Marty was a 2009 Christmas card received from him. He expressed his condolences on the passing of my beloved husband, Alex this past year. Marty worked under Al at the Aviation Supply Office for many years. I, too, worked at ASO. We had many, many fun times during those years. The camaraderie among the gang was great!
May the warmth of tender memories bring you comfort and peace.

I've missed Uncle Martin these past 2 weekends at 9am mass...memories of Uncle Martin's Halloween Birthday dinners at Aunt Mary's house came flooding back - as i can also still see him walking down the Roxborough Ave steps to stop for a visit before moving on for the rest of his walk. I looked forward to catching up sunday mornings and hearing "Uncle Mott" answer my Polich greeting of "Jak sie masz?" with "Dobrze" which he mastered the pronunciation! I'm sure he's playing penny poker with my Folks, Aunts\Uncles and is cathcing up with Uncle Dom, Aunt Mary Stag and Aunt Annie!! Miss You!!

Madeline...Our sincere condolences on the demise of Marty..I worked with Marty for many years at the Aviation Supply Office...He was a good friend and a true gentleman...May he rest in peace.
