MICHAEL BRIGNOLA Obituary
DR. MICHAEL P., M.D., 93, of Bala Cynwyd, died on Friday, October 3, 2014 in his Florida residence. He is preceded in death by his father Gaetano, mother Ida (nee Catenacci) and brother Armand A. He is survived by his loving wife Dolores (nee Frompovicz), son Michael P., daughter Barbara A., son Dr. Guy R. (Dr. Shannon M.), daughter Debra A. Pollice (Dr. Paul F.), brother Dr. John J. (Connie R.), Sister-in-law Dorothy Brignola, grand-children: Alexa M. Pollice; Carlie P. Pollice; Grace A. Brignola; and Michael R. Brignola. Visitation will begin 9:00 A.M. with a Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 11, 2014 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 128 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. Interment to immediately follow at WEST LAUREL HILL CEMETERY in Bala Cynwyd. Contributions in his name may be made to the American Lung Association.

I'm so awfully sad to hear about the passing of Dr. Brignola last year. I can say without any hesitation, that he was one of the most genuine people I've ever known. His willingness to serve and comfort his patients will be sorely missed and not easily replaced. My condolences and my comfort go out to all of you; Dolores, Barbara, Debra, Guy and Michael. I hope time has brought you all some measure of peace. Dr. "B" was an extraordinary man.
