Of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on Aug. 8th, 2018, at the age of 63. Loving brother of Jack Powell (Marge), Bill Powell (Ellen), Susan Koch (the late Bob) and the late Thomas A. Powell. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Michael's life on Saturday August 11th in St. Timothy RC Church, 3001 Levick St. You may visit and comfort the Powell Family during the visitation from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. in Church. After the visitation the will be a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. Burial to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Michael's memory to JEVS (Community Living and Home Supports Division), 9350 Ashton Rd., Suite 201, Phila., PA 19114
