we were the mullin's neighbors for many years when nick and jenna were young kids. nick was always playing outside with toys, riding bikes, and just happy-go-lucky. always a smile on his face. the family moved when jenna went to college and we did not get to see nick grow into the fine young man he became. through all of the pictures and speeches, one could tell how many people he touched and how much love there was for him in return. no child should ever have to endure the pain and agony that nick did and i only hope we can soon find more information about cancer for all of us that follow. may his family forever remember the smiles, laughter, and just great memories that are left. may nick be looking down on all of us and giving a big smile. nick blessed us all in life.

Dear Dee, Tommy and Jenna,
I followed the long journey via Donna and have learned what true bravery is through Nicky. He had great dignity and was a true hero while battling such a strong foe. Our job is to honor and remember him now. I think of you every moment of every day. There are so very many arms around you now to help you keep going. Gain strength from all of us now and know we're here to lean on.

Dearest Mullin family, Although I did not see "Nicky" much during his high school years, while at P&J, Nicky, my son Brandon Foley, Nik Branton and the gang certainly shared a lot of laughs and by the looks in their eyes, shared a lot of secrets. I still remember the day we drove up to our new house across the street from you. Nick was the first neighbor we met, as he waved and we greeted each other. It was a nice welcome to our new neighborhood.

Nick was such a special part of our lives as a little child. We will always remember his adorable personality while our son's played together. Nick and Nick were a great little team.! Nick was my best friend growing up, first boyfriend, first slow dance, first kiss. I looked up to him my whole life and I will never forget that beautiful smile. Whatever stupid thing I did, he was always there no matter who else wasn't. The world is a little darker without him but he is in a better place now and I hope to see him again soon <3 Rest in Peace Nicky, may angels lead you in.
