Norman S. "Norm" Strobel

Strobel Norman "Norm" S. August 25, 1944 - Nov. 15, 2025 Passed away on November 15, 2025 in New Jersey at age 81. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Diane; his children, Lisa and Steven (Pam); and his cherished grandchildren, Steven, Amelia, and Jacob. Born in Philadelphia, he was predeceased by his parents, Norman F. and Amelia Strobel. A Penn State graduate, Norm served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and later earned his MBA from Temple University. He held leadership roles at Excelsior Truck Leasing and Franklin Investments before founding Strobel Financial, where he was frequently recognized among Philadelphia Magazine's top Personal Finance consultants. A devoted family man, friend, and lifelong golfer, Norm was a longtime member of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club and also belonged to the Philadelphia Union League. He enjoyed time in Naples, Florida, biking, walking the beach to collect shells, relaxing in a hot tub, and sharing his trademark dry humor. He will be deeply missed. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at Whitemarsh Valley Country Club in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.
