PAULINE BROMM Obituary

BROMM PAULINE J. "POLLY" (NEE FABER) Passed away peacefully on November 2, 2023. She was 91 years old. Polly was born in Redford Twp., Michigan to Josephine Marie and Nicholas Fredrick Faber who owned a small farm. Polly grew up wandering the farm on horseback with her brother James and many school friends. After high school Polly attended Wayne State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Polly met her husband, Charles "Chuck" in 1954 via pen pal communication while Chuck was serving in Korea. They then married in April 1955. Polly is survived by her beloved husband Charles "Chuck"; children Jennifer Dewar (Dan), Fredrick (Beth) and Karl (Anne Kathryn); also 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Her family was her pride and joy. Please join the Bromm family on Saturday December 2, 2023 at ACTS Normandy Farms Estate Auditorium on Morris Road from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Polly's life. A Service for Polly will begin at 10:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Polly's name to the American Red Cross, P.O. Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037 or The Salvation Army, 615 Slaters Lane, Alexandria, Virginia 22314.
