It's always a shock to hear that people you grew up with pass away. I remember Phil from the Dorrence Street days and the fun times we all had together. John Di shared the bad news with me. My prayers go to you, Elise, and your family. Thrive on the good times you had together. God Bless!

So sad to hear of Phil Cav passing. I am so sorry for your lost Elise. I was fortunate to know Phil and going 12 years of school with him we were close friends. We drifted apart due to our own live taken us in different direction but our memories I will cherish forever.

I am very sorry for your loss...I grew up with Phil in old neighborhood on Dorance street...Phil could really bust 'em....He could hold his own too...My wife also has brain cancer, so I have deep empathy for you and while I havent seen Phil since Dorrance street, I know he fought it 150%...I will pray for him and you...and I will smile knowing he was a fighter....
