Missing my old friend and colleague on this anniversary of his passing and hoping he is in a better place away from all the problems and dangers we are experiencing in this crazy world here on earth!

Was very sad to come across this and remember him as such a solid guy when we were at gwynedd mercy academy

Phillip was one of my former students from 40 years ago. The eldest child of a wonderful family. A very good student and a nice person that is common with the DeCamara name. May he be resting in Christ's peace. God bless. Jerry McCann

Phil was a great guy with a kind heart and a gentle soul. He has left us much too early and will be dearly missed by the numerous loved ones and friends who's lives he has touched forever. I pray that he is at peace and for all those he has left behind, especially his family. May his warm heart and engaging smile be the memories of Phil that we can all hold on to until we meet again in a better place.

Phil was an amazing person - kind, intelligent, and caring. He was an excellent big brother to his little sister. He will always be remembered. We will take great care of your little sister. As a fellow Hoya, may you find peace and happiness. God bless you.

Phil was such a kind, caring, compassionate and loving soul. An extraordinary big brother. Tomorrow - and everyday ahead of us - we will celebrate Phil's amazing life ... and, with joy and honor, I will live forward his legacy. He will shine a bright light from heaven above that we will follow forever.
