PHILIP
October 21, 2017, of Audubon, PA; beloved husband, for 55 years, of the late Vivian (nee Rosen); loving father of Dr. Bruce Forman (Dr. M. Joy Weinstein) and Debra J. Forman (Robert Tevelson); devoted brother of Stan Forman (Barbara); cherished grand father of Eric and Jaime. Mr. Forman served his country as an officer in the United States Army for both World War II and the Korean War. He spent 63 years in business as a Manufactures Rep. and President of Frank R. Rosen Inc., for kitchen cabinets and major appliances. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Monday 1 P.M., Kesher Israel Congregation, 1000 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA 19380. Interment at Haym Salomon Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Debra Forman and Robert Tevelson. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Dear Bruce and Debbie and families,
I am sorry to learn of the passing of Phil. He was a terrific guy. He was always pleasant and always wore a smile. He was very proud of his family and I think that his family brought him the most joy in life.
He enjoyed a very long life in which you were fortunate to have had with him.
It is never easy to say goodbye to a parent or a grandparent. I wish you all peace.
