I worked with Judge Jackson at the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority before he became a judge. He was great friend then and stayed so all during his judicial carrier. May he rest in Gods eternal peace and may his family be at peace. Richard W. Hoy Esq.

To Roy and the other family members, our prayers go out to you. Judge Jackson was a phenomenal jurist. He had the respect of his peers and was also greatly respected in the community. When I became a judge and he received some of my mail as the other Judge Jackson he would tell me how he let them know that I was the skirt and he was the pants. God be with you all now and always.
