My deepest sympathy goes out to the whole Helmig family. I was saddened to hear the news and know that he will be missed by many. What a great father, husband and a great loss.

I lost my Dad 18 years ago. A couple of years later, I started to date Tom and the Helmigs made me part of their family. It's a big, loving family and even though he could hardly "get a word in edgewise" when we were all together, Big Bobby was such an integral part of the family. It's as if I'm losing another Dad.
Love, Mary

My deepest sympathy goes out to the whole family. I have alot of great memories growing up and babysitting for all those kids :). I'm sure the family will miss him deeply. Even when I was a young kid babysitting I thought he was a great guy.
