RONALD C. "BART"
Of Langhorne PA, died at home on March 16, 2019, from depression and suicide. Loving husband and best friend to Beth Bartnikowski (nee Olson) for 19 years. Dear son-in-law to Roberta Olson; brother-in-law to Christine Olson De Church (Daniel) and Charles Olson (Julie). Son of the late Chester J. and Catherine C. Bartnikowski. Brother of Lucya Dembrosky and Brian Bartnikowski. Bart was the own-er of Antique Rescue.
He was an avid outdoor sports-man, adjunct instructor for the PA Game Commission, former member of the Zoning Hearing Board of Langhorne Manor and appointed as a County Election Board Official.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday, 9:30 to 11 A.M., GALANTE FUNERAL HOME, 8060 Verree Road (off Rhawn St.), Phila. PA 19111, followed by a Service of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. Rite of Committal Our Lady of Grace Cem. In lieu of flowers, please be kind to one another; share your struggles and joys. If so desired, donations may be made in Bart's name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, 3535 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Where to begin? Ronnie was my baby brother, handsome, naturally smart, always having a solution for his family and friends. As a little boy, Ronnie was fair skin, platinum blonde hair so I thought it was my place to protect him. Find out, he was well-equipped to protect himself as he proved time and again. Started his own business with cousin Blalock at an early age, my brother was my daughter, Valeria's godfather, and an awesome one, he was my rock. Ronnie was there for anyone that needed him, a shoulder to lean on. I wish I could have been that rock for Ron that morning. He will always hold a very precious spot in my heart and our family, forever. It has been one whole year since he left this earth. His spirit still flows around those he loves and those who love him.

Lucya, just got word of your brother Ron's passing. So sorry for your sadness. Such a wonderful man he was. Always polite and happy-go-lucky. I remember him from the neigborhood. Such a shock! May he rest in peace Ron.

I grew up with Ron. Had the best times together. I am in shock at this news of his passing. Always there when you needed him. Wish he reached out to me if something was bothering him. I will never know what happened really.

Beth - Words cannot express my utter shock and disbelief of Barts sudden passing. Bart was my backup whenever I needed him at the markets as well as my fix it man.
I will miss his stories and tales about times gone by in the Flea Market business.

Words cannot convey my utter sorrow. In the relatively short time that I knew Bart I found him him be a warm, funny, and sincere person and always cool to spend time with. My deepest sympathy to Beth and his family. I hope he has achieved the peace and solace he was seeking and relief from the pain and torment . Adios, my friend.

A great uncle and godfather. Always had the most unique antique art pieces and always willing to do anything for his family. I have fond memories laughing at the Nifty Fifties and talking on a long drive home from college. We'll miss you Uncle Ron.

Our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies go out to you and your family during this most difficult time. We were honored and blessed to have known Bart. We always looked forward to seeing him at the markets and enjoyed his sense of humor. He always had a smile on his face and a toothpick in his mouth when he told us a funny story or joke. And, he was a genius at fixing anything and he always did it with perfection.
Bart will be terribly missed by us and anyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was loved by many and he will be cherished in our memories forever. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers and we are here for you if you need anything at all. Earth lost a great man, but heaven gained a wonderful soul!
