The Dugan family was so Blessed,with an angel.As a friend of your Mother's over many years, through her daughter, I so enjoyed such a sweet connection. We shall meet again,surely in heaven.I am sadden by the passing of a beloved women,wife,mother and such dear soul. My deepest sympathy to the Dugan Family & close relations who will miss Rosemary so much.

To the entire dugan family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Mrs. Dugan was always so kind and good-hearted to everyone, especially each member of the Cavanaugh family You will be greatly missed but all of your memories of the wonderful times you had with her will always be close to your heart.
