SCOTT E. JR., suddenly on August 8, 2016, age 19 years, of Lansdale. Sophmore at Penn State University and Graduate of North Penn High School, Class of 2015. Loving son of Scott E. and Lisa Loper (nee Orrson). Brother of Caroline Loper. Survived by paternal grandparents, Elke and Ronald Bowman. Predeceased in death by paternal grandfather, Barton Loper and maternal grand-parents, Adele E. and Paul R. Orrson. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Mass Saturday, 11 A.M., St. Rose of Lima Church, 424 S. Main St. North Wales PA 19454. Int. Private. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday, 6 to 8 P.M., at WILLIAM R. MAY FUNERAL HOME, Main St. and Elm Ave., North Wales PA 19454, and Saturday at Church from 10 to 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to Natural Lands Trust at 1031 Palmers Mill Rd., Media PA 19063 or natlands.org would be appreciated.

Scott, Lisa & family,
Words will never be enough to express how sad we are for you all. Matthew and Scott played MOJO basketball together and we always would comment on what a great kid he was and so nice. After I met him at basketball and he would see me in the halls at Penndale he would always smile and say hello to me. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Lisa and Scott

My grandson Laszlo Varga and Scott played basketball in Perkasie for MoJo and on 2nd Street team. Scott was such a nice kid, always friendly, and a team player.

To the Loper Family,

You nor your son knows me, but Scott was one of my daughter's classmate at NPHS.

I am so deeply sorry for the tragic and sudden loss of your son. As a mom, I was heartbroken when I heard the news. My daughter told me that Scott was a nice, good looking guy and she was glad she got to know him, though only for a short time.

Please accept my sincere sympathy in the loss of your beloved son Scott. We lost our 20 year old grandson in a single car accident on Rt 80 a year ago April. I know that the pain is unbearable. Allow your friends and extended family help you on this long journey. Laura Smith has my information if you ever feel like talking to someone who has walked this horrible path. I cannot say how sorry I am for your loss. Scott was in my Penn State ORION group and we got close after spending 5 days backpacking in the wilderness together. Easily the most kind hearted guy and had such a beautiful soul. My heart aches.
