I knew Scott all through grade school, high school, Rox Pres Sunday school and CE. While we have not been in contact in many years, I fondly remember Scott as a truly caring person. One of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. RIP Scott.

I knew Scott in the late 1980s, as he was active in Roxborough politics. He was a true gentleman and straight shooter. He was genuine and kind to people of all ages, and he got along extremely well with older neighbors. What a loss for the 21st Ward... Rest in Peace Scott........ Dave Singer
