STEVEN FEINSTEIN

FEINSTEIN STEVEN C. Steven C. Feinstein, 66, of West Chester, Pa., passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026 surrounded by his family. The son of Louis and Evelyn Sperling Feinstein, Steven was born on January 1, 1960, in Manhasset, N.Y., on Long Island. He grew up in Nanuet, N.Y., in suburban Rockland County. In 1982 he received his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In 1985 he graduated from Villanova Law School and was admitted to the bar. Steven met Valerie Foreman on Valentine's Day 1985, and they were married in September 1986. The couple would have celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary this fall. In addition to his wife, Steven is survived by two daughters, Stefanie Feinstein and Amanda Feinstein; a son, Evan Feinstein; a daughter-in-law, Michael Sharkey; and two sisters, Barbara Feinstein and Julie Anker Feinstein. Steven practiced law in the Philadelphia region for over 40 years, and those who knew him, knew how passionate he was about his work. For the last year and a half, Steven worked in the Feasterville law firm of Rovner, Allen, Rovner, Zimmerman & Nash. Away from his work, he was an avid NY Yankees and Giants fan. He enjoyed good music and good food. He cared deeply for his canine friends: the late Luv, the surviving Pennie, and grandpups Ramses and Bella. A Memorial Service will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Steven's name to the Brandywine Valley SPCA at 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA.
