My sincere sympathy to Danny's family. We were both in St. Anastasia parish in Newtown Square in the '50s and '60s. Our families hung out at all the church activities. I also live in a development built by Danny in 1978, Pine Creek Valley in Exton. Danny was a wonderful man. May he rest in piece.

Danny was the best sailor in Avalon. He was a mentor to us and particularly to Charles who bought his moth sail boat the Mully? You never were at a loss for a laugh when you were with him.
All around great guy.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
You might not be able to touch your father but he
will always be here in spirits and if you believe in sprits you will always feel his presence which is a good feeling I have this with my Dad and my cousin Marc that past away last August and let me tell you something this is the greatest feeling of all.
Trust Me, you may feel the
wind blowing, a smell of cologne that your father had put on and maybe a drop of rain on your face,
but basically your father will always
be around for all of you.

I grew up in Valley View Acres in Newtown Square, a few steps from the Mullray home on West Chester Pike where neighborhood kids went to play basketball. As a teenager I babysat for Joe Mullray Jrs. children. My Dad was the family doctor of the Mullrays. My brother, the late John Gillis Jr was a neighborhood friend of Danny's. I have many wonderful memories of Danny and his family. Deepest sympathies to Danny's family and friends on his passing. RIP Danny.
