Tommy boy:
Just came back from France and I lit a candle for you and Trisha in every church I could find. Just finished reading Tommy's message; that boy is so you, so wonderful. Jessie's video was incredible, but I had to stop watching it. I can't stand Bob Dylan, so Paul never asks me about him. You were his musical guide. Your birthday is coming and so is Christmas. Both will be very hard. But kiddo, I think Obama's got this election locked up. Wish you were here to talk about it.

Just got done watching your video that Jesse did an amazing job on. This was probably my 50th time watching it and I'm still not immune. When I was done I put the Eagles on and I can't help but think of you sitting there, "I'm bored, Reid never runs the ball, what's on nature"? I remember one time we were watching them and they were down by two and we watched Akers kick a field goal to try to win it and he "doinked" it off the cross ball and me and you just cracked up as the eagles lost. You gave me my sense of humor, no doubt about that. I see people all the time that wish I could imitate for you. I'll never forget the time I did an American idol audition for you and Jesse and I saw you hysterically laugh for the first time as I pretended to be the mother of the performer when he was sent to Hollywood, and there were many more times like that to come. How about your dance? Jesse and I fell in love with that two move dance you would do, (you got moves better than Winky). It's hard to think you won't be around to see me grow as an adult but it makes it easier when I know you are proud and you're going to be proud of me(and Jesse). We always were and always will be buddies, that's what you told me. Love you Dad

I remember how you were always kind and smiling. You helped me with my Senior Project and told me how proud you were of me for going to college. You made us laugh saying things like "what the fork", "squeeze the Weez", "it's Sunday so call me Cheese".

Tommy, I just left your services and i still don't believe you're not with us. We will dearly miss all the fun times we had together. Thank you for our nicknames, "The Mayor, Mr. Blue Green, and Boo Boo". Kids could not have a better uncle than you. We will always remember the scary road, baths in your trash cans, the playground in the rain and popcorn and soda while watching rock 'n roll videos, like Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones. We at Aid For Friends were surprised and saddened to see Tom's notice in the paper this morning. What a wonderful man he was! A truly great volunteer visitor---compassionate, friendly and warm. All the clients he visited over the years remember him fondly...as do we. Our sincere condolences to his friends and family.
