Dear Mrs. Cavalier,
It was with great sadness that i learned just this morning of Tony's passing. He and I go back a long way on the beach (late 1960's), which he made accessible to those of us with limited mobility back when people were still debating curb cuts in large cities. I don't believe he ever got the credit he deserved for that, but it made a big difference for a lot of people and you should be proud of him.

To Joan and the Cavalier Family,
I and the Sea Isle City Beach Patrol are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Tony. Tony and I both started our beach patrol careers in 1968. Over the years I came to respect and admire him for his unwavering resolve to always hold himself to the highest moral standard. He will be sorely missed.
Joan, please know that you and the entire Cavalier family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
