Husband of the late Naomi; father of Marilyn Furcola, Lois Chepak, Toni Ogden and Terri Westerfer; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Memorial Service Tues. Aug. 25, 2:30 P.M. from the Chapel of the Masonic Village, 801 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Masonic Village or the Philmont Christian Academy, Erdenheim, PA.

Terri - please accept my condolences for your loss. I remember being a frequent quest in your parent's home on Lomond 40+ years ago. I was a friend of Toni's, and your parents showed me a different, loving side of life. Many Blessings to you and family.

Vincent was my grandfather, although he played a large part in raising me and we were very close. I will always feel so blessed to have all the wonderful memories of him from when I was little to his last days. He was a wonderful man who touched so many lives. I love him and will miss him terribly.

The passing of Vincent will be broadcast to our 2281 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to your family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia’s Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. God Bless . . .
