Alice Smith Obituary
She is survived by her son, Duane E. Smith of Whittemore; two brothers, Carl (Nancy) Hinkelman and Tom (Michelle) Hinkelman; along with five grandchildren, Larry Jr., Connie New, Chad Kelley, Mark Smith and Brock Smith. She is also survived seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, William H. Smith; and four children, Larry, Sr., LuAnn, Steven and Kenneth Smith.
Mrs. Smith was a cashier for many years at Kocher's Market in Hale and a bookkeeper for Costello Tax Service. She was member of Weight Watcher's Group and the Hale Senior Center.
Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, June 9 at the Hale Chapel of Buresh Funeral Home, 121 S. Washington in Hale. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery, Rev. Rob Nordin officiating.
