Bryan Lee Obituary

Bryan R. Lee, age 68, of East Tawas, passed away peacefully on Nov. 3, 2025.
Bryan was born in East Tawas on Aug. 24, 1957. He was raised in Tawas by Richard and Audrey Lee, and he was a proud graduate of Tawas Area High School Class of 1975.
Following high school, Bryan worked a few different jobs but spent the most time as a truck driver transporting vehicles around the state. Some of his favorite hobbies consisted of skiing, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family.
Bryan is survived by his sister, Karen Alda; nieces and nephews, Sarah (Shawn) Abraham, Nikolas (Amanda) Alda, Seth (Amy) Alda, and Tyler (Mary) Alda; and 10 great nieces and nephews. Bryan was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Audrey Lee; and his brother-in-law, Don Alda.
Per Bryan's wishes, cremation has taken place. A burial of cremated remains will take place at Wilber Township Cemetery on Sunday, Nov. 9, at 12:30 p.m.
The family appreciates Pastor Mark Lindloff for all his pastoral care he provided Bryan over the years, and they also appreciate the staff at Tawas Manor for looking after Bryan for the last seven years.
Any memorial contributions in Bryan's name may be made out to Emmanuel Lutheran Church (300 North Street, Tawas City, MI 48763) or Tawas Manor (751 Newman Street, East Tawas, MI 48730).

Yesterday

Karen, I am thinking about you, Bryan and your entire family. I have so many awesome childhood memories shared with Bryan and our Third Ward friends. Biking around the neighborhood, playing football, camp outs in the backyard, building snow forts, 1,000's of hours spent swimming in Lake Huron and I could go on. Bryan was always a very special friend growing up in our neighborhood. I will keep all of the great memories of growing up with Bryan in my thoughts and prayers for Bryan. Bryan will be at peace with your parents out at the Wilbur Cemetery and close to some of our other high school classmates and friends. Sincerely, Mickey Haglund

His smile was infectious, his giggle was contagious. He gave us a treasure trove of memories to cherish. Rest in peace, Bryan. You were loved and will be missed.
