Michael Ostrander Obituary
Michael was born on May 8, 1994, in Incheon, South Korea. He graduated from Oscoda Area Schools in 2012 and earned a degree in Computer Technology from Central Michigan University in 2016.
Michael was employed in the field of technology. He expressed his creativity through journaling as well as writing poetry and short stories. Social issues such as equality and acceptance were important to him. He was a caring person to those close to him and will be missed.
Michael is survived by his mother, Linda Ostrander; as well as brothers, Jason, Kevin, Eric, and David Jr.; and sisters, Angela and Amanda; as well as other family members. In addition, he is survived by his ACO family of caring friends. He was preceded in death by his father, David Ostrander; and grandparents.
Per his wishes, Michael has been cremated. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to John Green's Foundation to Decrease World Suck (a 501c3) or plant a tree in Michael's name. You may offer your condolences online to the family at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.

Linda, Jason, Kevin, Eric and the rest of the family. I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Michael. I often think of the days when I would watch the boys or work with them at the restaurant. Michael would always make me laugh. He was a sweet loving child. Unfortunately I didn't get to know him as an adult. When I was able to visit with Dave before his passing he spoke very highly of all his kids. I know Michael will be greatly missed. I will cherish my memories.
