Port Royal, South Carolina - Charles Victor Jeffcoat, 80, husband of Wanda Beard Jeffcoat, of Port Royal, SC, died Tuesday, May 13, 2025 in Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, SC. Charles was born on November 5, 1944 in Columbia, SC. He is the son of the late Heber Victory Jeffcoat and Mae Belle Miller Jeffcoat. Surviving in addition to his wife, Wanda; are two sons, Jason and Mark; one daughter, Kelly (Bob); one brother, Johnny (Gail); two brothers-in-law, Gary (Diane) and James (April); two nieces, Kimberly (Chip) and Lauryn; four nephews, Brian (Leo), Michael (Kim), Kyle (Sarah), and Landon; and a number of great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jerry and a sister-in-law, Patricia.
Charles had an immense love of animals and his two fur babies, Dobie & Nekot, were adopted from the Beaufort County Animal Shelter. Because of this, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Beaufort County Animal Shelter Support Fund, PO Box 23019, Hilton Head Island, SC, 29925, or online at https://lowcountry.fcsuite.com.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
