Beaufort, South Carolina - Donald M. Klausman, 84, husband of Sandra Sauerbrey Klausman, of Beaufort, died Friday, September 6, 2024 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 12:30pm at Anderson Funeral Home, 611 Robert Smalls Parkway, Beaufort, SC 29906.
Graveside funeral service will follow on Thursday at 2:00pm in Beaufort National Cemetery with full military honors.
Mr. Klausman was born on August 10, 1940 in Columbus, OH.. He is the son of the late Charles Klausman.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Sandra; is one son, Donald Klausman; one daughter Maria Belcher and twin daughters, Karen Seagraves and Carol Stone; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren; four half sisters and two half brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that donations be made to Amedisys Home Health Care, 2201 Boundary Street, STE 112, Beaufort, SC 29902.
Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.

Sandy I don't know if you remember,but when Deb and Steve brought dad,mom,and myself to see you guys,you took us to the shrimp boats since I had never seen one before,and while on dock a seagul about knocked me into the water. That was the 1st time I had seen one of those. It was so much fun. Don kept teasing me the rest of the day. I loved it. Don could make the funniest sounds that would make you laugh so much. I couldn't wait for summer to come not because school was out,but because you guys were coming to visit. Those were the best summers. I will always cherish those memories love you all.
