September 4, 1944 - October 7, 2022
Hilton Head Island, South Carolina - Elizabeth (Liz) J. Wilson Hammond died peacefully in her home on October 7, 2022 after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by her husband and childhood sweetheart Charles (Chas) E. Hammond and her parents James A. Wilson and Anna M. (Delouchry) Wilson.
She is survived by her daughter Wendie Hammond Perry, husband Bruce and sons David Charles and Matthew James and her daughter Missie Hammond Schaefer, husband Bruce and daughters Macie Solomon and Great Granddaughter Emma, Madie Cleveland and husband Preston, and Morgan Ratti and her husband Joseph.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 14, 12:30 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church, Hilton Head Island. To send condolences or view the expanded obituary, please visit www.Keithfuneral.com.
