Friends and Family, of Fran , Cobb. I want to clarify, that (this entry is my third, attempt to get a complete entry). I have known Fran's Daughter Betsy Cobb, for 15 years. I met Fran and the late (General Bill Cobb Sr. )aprox. 7 yrs. ago here in our home, at a brunch served by Betsy's friend, and mine Carol Lite (a close friend of Betsy's). We have kept up with Fran, over the years since, through Betsy. And We think she was a delightful person to know. God Bless Fran. Now she's in Heaven with Her beloved husband Bill. Thanks for the great memories. You will be missed Fran.George & Carol.
