Bluffton, South Carolina - Jennifer Marie (Yemec) Dunn, 46, has crossed the threshold from this earthly life to eternal life with our Lord Jesus Christ this past Saturday, October 23, 2021. She spent her last moments in the hospital with her beloved husband, Harvey Dunn, at her side.
Jennifer was born on November 27th, 1974 in Bedford Heights, Ohio to Edmund and Dolores Yemec. She spent her youth up north in Ohio until she "retired" with her parents to Hilton Head in 1995. At that time Jennifer offered her talents in floral design and found employment with several local florists. Her work brought so much joy and pleasure to those who appreciated the beauty of her floral design work.
After being here a few years, Jennifer met Harvey and they were soon married on April 10th 1999 at Saint Francis by the Sea Catholic Church. They were blessed with four beautiful children between 2001-2012 and in addition a new grandchild this past December.
Surviving relatives include her mother Dolores, her loving husband Harvey, stepson Harvey Jr., children Cody (Deana), granddaughter Kali, Bradley, Rebecca, Sarah, siblings Michael, Christopher, Gregory (Wendy), Patricia (Thomas), brother-in-law William, and eight favorite nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held Friday, Oct. 29, 10:00 AM at Saint Francis by the Sea Catholic Church in Hilton Head for family and friends. www.Keithfuneral.com.

Jennifer was the sister I always prayed for. I was so excited when she was born. She was the kindest, gentlest, most generous person I've ever known. I feel blessed and grateful to have had her for my sister. I loved her very much and I will miss her dearly. May perpetual light shine on her and may she rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear this tragic news. It seems like yesterday when Harvey and Jennifer were married. My wife Dee (God bless her soul) and I were present and it was a beautiful wedding. Just really feel for Harvey and their beautiful children. Some things just can't be explained in this life time. God bless everyone. Hang in there and know that I am with you in spirit.
