Pound Ridge, New York - After a long illness and surrounded by family, The Honorable Joanna Quinton Bateman died peacefully at her home in Pound Ridge, New York.
Born on March 22, 1955, to Anthony Meredith (Lord) Quinton and Marcelle (Lady) Quinton in Oxfordshire, England. Joanna is survived by her husband of thirty years, William (Bill) Bateman; children Sarah Nelson Rumph, Thomas Nathaniel Nelson, Jane Meredith Nelson, Grace Ellen Tessler, Mary Catherine (Mary Kate) Nelson; two grandchildren Beatrice Joy Rumph and Gwyneth Rose Rumph; and the many people whose lives she touched throughout her 70 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Beth's Furry Friends.
