Marianne Napoli Obituary

Marianne Napoli Marianne Napoli, 74, of Geneva, IL and Hilton Head Island, passed away June 23, 2017, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Jack, and her children Jack Jr. (Denise), Teri (Don), Truty, and Jeanine (Eric) Lundstrom. Her grandchildren, Tyler, Samantha and Mia were the light of her life. Daughter of the late Robert and Nancy Brady she was raised in Westchester, IL, the eldest sister to Eileen, Peggy (Bill), Bob (Wendy), Terry (Pat), Patti (Jim), John (Margaret) and Jimmy (Jan). She is also the sister-in-law of Teena Napoli and the late Martin J. Napoli, Jr., and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Marianne was a 1960 graduate Nazareth Academy, and subsequently married her high school sweetheart, Jack, President of NAPCO Steel. Both in Illinois and on Hilton Head Island, Marianne was known for her open, welcoming hospitality, fantastic cooking skills, and devotion to her family and friends. Heritage week with the Napoli family was legendary. She was amazingly kind, had unwavering loyalty, and lived life fully, with a passion for travel and golf. A Celebration of Life will be held at Medinah (IL) Country Club on Friday, June 30, at 10:30 am. In her honor, please consider donations to Marmion Academy, or Marmion Abbey Church, 1000 Butterfield Rd Aurora, IL 60502, or the Bear Necessities Pediatric Foundation, 55 West Wacker #1100, Chicago, IL 60601.
