Sometimes the people we care about come and go. Others, take a more elliptical route. They return to us, even if only to check in to remind us of a connection we still share with them. Bobby's path put him into the lives and hearts of so many. I am better for the opportunity of knowing him a little each time and will continue to think of him with warm, funny, and loving memories as I know we all will.

It's been many years since Bobby passed away and I still think of him--especially as his birthday approaches. My sisters and I met Bobby when he was touring with his band "Teazer". Bobby brought light and a big spirit of adventure into the cold shadows of our small town. He and the boys turned our town upside-down with their fun, high-spirited antics. Over the years, he checked in on us, mostly, I think, to make sure we never forgot him (we haven't Bobby). I will remember him and his band-family with love and warmth for all the days of my life. I send my continued condolences and prayers for all who loved him and were close to him. The world is still darker without his light.

I just came across this guest book. Bobby's family so appreciates the kind words and sentiments from everyone. Everything said is so true. Bobby was a wonderful, funny, kind and loving person. He was also an unbelievable drummer and that was one of his passions as I remember growing up with him as his sister. We use to pretend we were in a band together when we were kids. He was on the drums and I was on the guitar (my guitar was moms broomstick but he had a set of drums!) as we belted out Led Zeppelins rambling on until mom and dad made us stop. His dream came true with the band and we were all so proud of him. After his band days he met and married his beautiful wife and shortly thereafter their daughter Sydney was born. That precious child was the light of his life and I know he is watching over her as well as his close friends and family every day. Loved and missed forever. Sister Beth, Rick, Morgan, Zack, mom and dad.

Bobby and I played together for a while in Rik Wicked back in the 80's.I Loved that guy.He was a breath of Fresh air to an otherwise stagnant environment.I am so sorry for his Family.I know I missed him.Rest in peace Bobby and my Prayers and Thoughts to the Family.

To the family of Bobby Plott.... I met Bobby 20+ years ago when he was the drummer for Rik Wicked, though I lost contact with him, hearing of his passing through a mutual friend brought back very fond and fun memories of him.... I will remember him as a very funny and talented man and musician as well... My deepest sympathy I send to you on your loss, I will think of fondly and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
