If this is the same Dr Scott Condie who was at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Orlando Florida in 1979 he was my Dr when I had my second child there. He was such a kind good doctor and I thought so much of him. I got to correspond with him in the early 90s and he actually remembered me, my husband was a corpsman and worked with him sometimes. I am so sorry to hear of his passing, he was a good doctor and seemed to be a happy, good man.
