Beaufort, South Carolina - Wayne R. Jenkins, 73, husband of Dolores Jenkins, of Beaufort, SC, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Wayne was born on September 19, 1951. He is the son of the late Worthy and Rita Jenkins. Wayne was a kind and loving man; who devoted so much of himself to his family and friends. His memory will live on forever and act as a guiding light to those who loved him.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Dolores; one son David Jenkins, two daughters Heather Jenkins and Christine Negron (Carlos Negron); three brothers, Steve, Glen, and Raymond Jenkins; and one sister, Donna Moore; one granddaughter Cierra Negron-Saullo (Jonathan Saullo); one grandson Charlie Negron, Jr.; one great-grandson Charlie Negron-Saullo; and several other grandchildren local to New Jersey.
The family will be receiving friends and family at home. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to his wife, written out to Dolores Jenkins. They can be received at P.O. Box 21 Beaufort, SC 29901.
