March 18, 1942 - August 18, 2023
Hilton Head Island, South Carolina - In remembrance, William J. Sheroski died on August 18th at Hilton Head Memorial Hospital of complications from a stroke. He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan. He was the youngest of 11 children. After graduating from Roosevelt High School, BJ enlisted in the US Navy and proudly served on the USS Constellation. He is survived by his wife Alberta Stevens who he met and fell in love with in Sweet Home, Oregon. Together they started "Captain BJ's Boat and RV Repair" on Hilton Head Island which he dutifully owned and operated for over 3 decades. A man with a heart of gold, BJ's love and generosity knew no bounds. He was quick with a joke and had a life-long passion for fishing, boating, trash talking, Vitamin V and guns.
So get your head out of the dirt and come to his "Celebration of Life" held on Wednesday, September 20th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at "the shop" Captain BJ's Boat & RV Repair at 360 Spanish Wells Road, Hilton Head Island. www.keithfuneral.com
