Waitress, survived by manyLYNN-Barbara L. (Downing) Teodorczyk of Lynn, formerly of Chelsea, March 9th.Born in Chelsea and a resident here until moving to Lynn in 1974, Barbara passed away unexpectedly at the Hunt Skilled Care and Rehabilitation Center Monday morning at the age of 72. Prior to her retirement she worked as a waitress at Brighams here in Chelsea and in Lynn until taking a job as a meat wrapper at Star Market in Lynn, a postion she held until the mid 90's.Devoted wife of the late Charles A. Teodorczyk, Sr. Beloved mother of Charles A. Teodorczyk, Jr. and his wife Penny of Danville, New Hampshire and Susan Kilbride and her husband James of Peabody. Dear sister of Robert Downing and his wife Theresa of East Boston, Patricia Wierbowicz and her late husband Philip of Peabody, James Downing and his wife Suzanne of Revere, Carolyn Butt and her husband Alan of Revere, Richard Downing and his wife Joanne of Woburn and the late Kathryn Ciulla and her late husband Leonard formerly of Everett and Donald Downing formerly of Chelsea. Cherished grandmother of Olivia, Abigail and Christopher Kilbride. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews.Service Information: Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral from the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Friday morning, March 13th at 8 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Rose Church, 600 Broadway, CHELSEA at 9 o'clock. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Thursday from 3-7 p.m. Services will conclude with interment at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
