Lynn - Daphne Whilemina Francis, 91 passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. She was born in Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, the daughter of the late Randolph and Harriet (Warren) Lewis.
She enjoyed cooking, rooting for the Boston Celtics, word search puzzles, reading the Bible, and most of all, her family.
She leaves behind her only child and daughter, Llewnella Gibson and her husband, Ian; grandchildren, Karim Gibson and his wife, Alberte, and Bari Gibson and his wife, Sherry; three great -grandchildren, Jalil, Ilyas and Fatimah, along with her dear nieces, Marcia Chrysostom of Lynn, Wendy Chrysostom of Norwood and her nephew Heathcliffe Lewis of Baltimore, Maryland. Additionally, she leaves many relatives of the Lewis and Warren family living in Trinidad, Bermuda and in the United States.
She was predeceased by her husband Francis "Sonny" Francis and her brothers, Christopher, Franklin, Claude, and Alden and her dear sister and best friend Sheila "Teta" Chrysostom.

Service Information: A visitation will be held in the Cuffe McGinn Funeral Home in Lynn on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 9-11am, with a graveside service at 11:30am at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn
