David H. Colpitts, 69
1955 - 2025
Peabody and Formerly of Lynn, MA - David H. Colpitts, age 69, of Peabody and formerly of Lynn, died on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at North Shore Medical Center, Salem Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Born in Lynn, in 1955, he was the son of the late Donald F. Colpitts, Sr. and the late Lydia L. (Hoyt) Colpitts. He was raised and educated in Lynn and graduated from Lynn English High School. David worked locally as a machinist for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed traveling, especially trips he took to Hawaii. He loved animals and had many pet cats he cared for throughout his life.
David was the brother of Lisa L. Hill and the late Donald F. Colpitts, Jr. and the late Mark J. Colpitts and uncle of Dawn-marie Colpitts, Jason Colpitts, Jared Colpiits, Gail Colpitts, Jennifer Cronin and Matthew Hill.
Service Information: A Private Graveside Service will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. Arrangements entrusted to SOLIMINE FUNERAL HOMES, LYNN. Online guestbook at www.solimine.com
