Frank J. Crosby

PEABODY - Frank J. Crosby, age 58 years, of Peabody, formerly of Lynn, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, at the Kaplan Family Hospice in Peabody, following a lengthy illness.He was the son of the late Robert Crosby and Doreen (Snell) Crosby of St. Louis, Miss. Born and raised in Lynn, Frank was educated in Lynn schools. He lived in Lynn most of his life until moving to Peabody in recent years. He worked as a maintenance mechanic for C.L. Hauthaway Company in Lynn for 28 years. A motorcycle enthusiast, Frank enjoyed riding his many different motorcycles over the years. He enjoyed spending time at his brother Robert's camp in Albany, N.H. Frank was a SAL member of American Legion Connery Post #6 in LynnBesides his mother, Doreen, Frank is survived by his brothers, James Crosby and his wife Patricia of Lynn, Robert Crosby and his wife Donna of Peabody and Michael Crosby and his wife Cathy of Lynn, his sisters, Laurie Dorval and her husband Michael of Seabrook, N.H., and Cheryl Herr of St. Louis, Miss., as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and loving friends.
