James M. Mills

LYNN ? James M. Mills , 47, of Lynn, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Salem Hospital. Born and raised in Lynn, he was the son of the late Gail Godfrey Mills and Gerald Comeau. Jim was a graduate of Lynn Vocational and Technical Institute , Class of 1987. He worked as a network administrator at the Boston Globe and previously as a contracted IT employee at GE Aircraft Engines in Lynn. Jim had a love for Boston sports, walks on the beach and spending time with friends and family. Jim is survived by his two children, Christopher and Ava Mills of Beverly; and his former wife, Linda Mills; his beloved siblings, Cheryle Mills Roy, Robert Mills and Deborah Messina, all of Lynn, Sue Mills Staples and her husband Richard of Belchertown and Lisa Mills of Lynn; as well as extended family in Texas and many nieces and nephews.
