Haner, 76, died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 at Lawrence General Hospital after a long illness.She was born to the late William and Arlene Pickering in Lynn on Jan. 25, 1935. Raised and educated in Lynn, Patricia was a graduate of Lynn English High School. She married the love of her life Robert Haner in 1954 and raised their family in Lynn before moving to North Andover in 1964.She was employed by the Christ Church Nursery in Andover for 15 years before her retirement. During her retirement she was a devoted caregiver to her husband for many years until his passing in 2005. She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends on a regular basis.Patricia is survived by her daughter Linda Durgerian of North Andover; grand children, Betsy Tenenbaum of North Andover, Andrew Durgerian of San Diego and Abby Tracy of Bradford, great grand children, Hannah and Leah Tenenbaum. She also leaves behind her sister Helen Domey and her husband David of Lynn as well as three nieces and nephews.Service information: Family and friends may call Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the CONTE Funeral Home, 28 Florence St., Andover MA 01810. A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. at the funeral home following the calling hours. Burial will be private at a later date.
