Thomas Monkiewicz Obituary

LYNN -- It is with great sadness that the family of Thomas Monkiewicz announces his passing after a sudden illness, on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at the age of 57 years. Tom will be lovingly remembered by Charlie and Terry Smith, their children, Kristina, Nicholas, Amanda and their grandson Austin along with many other family, staff and friends. Tom will also be fondly remembered by his four siblings, Stephen, Victor, Tricia, and Janek. Tom became a member of the Bridgewell family in 1976. He resided in several residences and worked in several day programs during his life and made many friends amongst the staff and residents alike. Tom's happy and outgoing personality was contagious and his presence lit up any room. Service Information: A Celebration of Tom's life will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday July 22, at Gannon Municipal Golf Course , 60 Great Woods Road, Lynn, MA. Memorial donations in memory of Tom can be made to Bridgewell, 10 Dearborn Road, Peabody, MA 01960.
